I laughed at this

I like to laugh. Maybe you do too. I'm not going to get into the habit of shamelessly linking to others' blogs just as a transparent way of seemingly blogging something myself, however I did find this post one of the funniest things I've read in a while. It had me doing that funny smirky thing at work, where you're in an environment that other people can hear you so you can't really let go and guffaw so you have to keep a lid on it. But the very fact that you have to restrain yourself only makes it worse and you find yourself wanting to laugh more. A bit like when rage builds up and you just want to scream, only the exact opposite because you're laughing. I haven't laughed so much since that Shaun Micallef sketch where he was interviewing a kids' show puppet called 'meatboy' who was just a big roll of chub (or devon, or fritz or whatever the fuck you want to call it) with a slit cut in it for a mouth and some eyes stuck on. Anyway, Meatboy was "talking" to camera in some suburban backyard and then this dog comes round the corner of the house and after a bit of a sniff, gets stuck right into Meatboy, ripping the top of his head clean off. So simple... but brilliant. I was on the floor. Really... it actually hurt after a while. So okay, I didn't quite laugh that much at this post but it was hard to keep a lid on it for a minute there.
