Sign here please

I just went to the post office to lodge my passport application. An employee went through the form with me and checked my ID then I paid by credit card. But when the guy (I think his name was Keith) gave me the little EFTPOS thing to sign, I accidentally held onto the pen he gave me. I absent mindedly put it in the same hand as my wallet. He gave me back my birth certificate and I picked that up in the other hand and walked out... with his pen. At first I thought "Cool... nice pen" and put it in my shirt pocket. Then it struck me. "I just stole this guy's pen, and he has my name, address, driver's licence number, credit card number, photo, signature and my mother's maiden name." I hope he's the forgiving type
