And in other news... a few weeks ago I tried for ages to get comments happening here. After downloading about half a dozen systems, which involved putting numerous files on my server, I discovered that because I only have one of those 'free 10mb web space' accounts, all I could run was html, no php; no cgi; no nothing. So I was stuffing around in blogger, changing template things (still a work in progress - this is still pretty ugly), when i clicked on where it says 'see the 10 most recent blogs'. Anyway, I found HaloScan.com - Weblog Commenting and it took, oh... about 4 minutes. And hey presto: Comments!! Good work HaloScan.com!! Now all the people who don't read this blog can not leave no comments. Brill.
